Can guests book while I’m closed?
Yes. Guests can book dates inside your enabled seasons even during an interseason pause, and those bookings don’t change your bill.
Pay for each month you’re open, or buy a winter, summer or all-season pass. When the season ends, pause AlpineTable: guests keep booking next season, and reopening brings back your hours, menu and tables in one step.

Why it matters
Many mountain restaurants open for a winter and a summer season and close in between. Software billed the same every month charges you for months with no guests.
Every closed month on a full subscription comes out of the season’s margin.
Winter guests book while you’re still closed after summer. If your booking page is off, they book elsewhere.
Hours, menus, tables and staff all change between seasons, usually in the last week before opening.
How it works
Set up your seasons once. AlpineTable handles what guests can book and what you pay.
Pay for active months
Core €39, Service €89 or Growth €159 for each month you’re open, excluding VAT.
Or buy a pass
A Winter Pass for five months, a Summer Pass for four, or All-Season for nine active months.
Pause between seasons
Pause Mode costs €5 a month on Core and is included on Service and Growth. Bookings taken while paused don’t change your bill.
Bookings open when you say
Pick the day reservations open for next season, weeks before you do.
Nothing goes to sleep
Guest book, menus, campaigns and the Inbox keep working while you’re closed.
Reopen in one step
Restore the hours, capacity, menu and tables you saved for that season.
Active months, a pass, or every month?
Examples use AlpineTable’s Service plan. A subscription billed every month charges the same amount whether you’re open or not.
What you pay
While you’re closed
Good for
AlpineTable offers active-month billing and seasonal passes. Prices exclude VAT; the pricing page lists every plan.
While you’re closed
Guests, notes and history are there when you reopen, so regulars feel recognised from the first service.
