Checked on 27 October 2026 on each company’s website. Zenchef prices come from its French pricing page, which doesn’t say whether VAT is included. easyTable and AlpineTable subscription prices exclude VAT; easyTable doesn’t say whether its SMS price does. Price
Zenchef
A monthly subscription from €129 (Reserve) to €249 (Grow), with no per-cover fees. Paying for a year costs the same as twelve months. Text messages and the card-imprint option are charged on top.
easyTable
One plan with every feature: €67 a month billed monthly, or €60 a month on a one-year term, excluding VAT. No per-booking fee and no setup fee. Text messages (€0.08 each to French, Swiss, Austrian, Italian and German numbers) and a 1.6% fee on guest payments come on top.
AlpineTable
From €39 per month you’re open, or a winter pass from €179 for five months. No per-cover fees. When you close, Pause Mode keeps your page and guest book ready: €5 a month on Core, included on Service and up.
Seasons
Zenchef
You can block closure periods so guests can’t book. We found no published way to pause or reduce the subscription while you’re closed.
easyTable
You can set “special periods” for closures or different opening hours. We found no published pause, but there is no binding contract either: you can cancel to the end of the current billing period.
AlpineTable
Billing follows your season: pay per active month or buy a winter, summer or all-season pass. While you’re paused, guests can still book for next season.
New guests
Zenchef
The Zenchef app suggests nearby restaurants to diners, with no commission. Reserve with Google is included on every plan.
easyTable
No diner app or marketplace. Guests book on your own booking page and widget, through Reserve with Google, Instagram and Facebook, and from your Michelin and Tripadvisor listings.
AlpineTable
Guests find you in the resort directory on alpinetable.com and book direct with you. The reach is smaller than a national marketplace, and there are no per-cover fees.
FAQ
Yes. EasyTableBooking is now called easyTable, and easytablebooking.com redirects to easytable.com. It is run by easyTableBooking ApS, a Danish company based in Copenhagen.
Neither does. Zenchef publishes €0 per cover, including bookings from its app, and easyTable says it does not charge per booking. Both charge a subscription, and both charge for text messages and card payments.
Yes, except for bookings that need a prepayment, a deposit or a no-show fee. Zenchef includes Reserve with Google on every plan. AlpineTable gives you a booking link for your Google Business Profile instead.
It depends on how many months you’re open. easyTable’s single plan is €67 a month excluding VAT, with no binding contract and no published pause. Zenchef publishes monthly prices with no seasonal plan. AlpineTable charges only for active months or a seasonal pass. Ask each one for a written quote that covers your closed months.
Both are now part of Zenchef. Guestonline’s website reads “Guestonline devient Zenchef”, and Zenchef says Formitable, Resengo and Zenchef are now the same platform.
Yes, through a booking link you add to your Google Business Profile. It is a link to your booking page, not a Reserve with Google integration.
